Problems with projects

One of my co-workers came across this problem, when attempting to make changes to a project file he created Inventor R10 would not allow him to save. We attempted to create a new project file the same thing happened. Has anyone come across this sitiuation? What was the fix?

Is someone else working in the project or does someone else have inventor open with that project active? This will prevent you from making changes to the project.

My co-worker was the only user of this particular project file. So no one else would have been working in this project.
