Problem with PCOMP in SOL 600

I am trying to solve with MSC NASTRAN 2008 the attached file containing two cylinders. The one is SHELL the other is COMPOSITE (PCOMP). When both cylinders are shell solution finishes without error. On the other hand when one of the cylinders is PCOMP then the contact between the bodies is ignored. Could you please guide me solving this model in the correct way? Is there any similar model that you could send me as a sample file or tutorial? Should I use any specific keyword in the header?
