Problem with Amada 3015 Laserbeam won't work

Saudações pessoal, estou com problemas na hora do corte laser da AMADA 3015
O laser para corte não funciona, simplesmente não liga e não corta
o gás funciona mas o laser simplesmente não aparece, alguém ja teve esse problema sabe oque pode ser ?
ja ligamos e desligamos a máquina e não adiantou.

The laser for cutting does not work, it simply does not turn on and does not cut.
The gas works fine but the laser simply doesn't show up, does anyone who has had this problem know what it can be?

Which model 3015 - It appears Amada made a lot of them with that number in the name. When was it made?

if machine starts normally but no beam comes out of the nozzle it is usually a blown mirror or lense not allowing the beam to travel

Thank you all for the replies but we already have identified what is the problem.
Mirrors are damaged and we had a problem with gas leak also causing gas contamination
