Problem to communicate Matlab Output with microcontroller

Hi,

My Project Currency Detector based on Image Processing is working on Matlab. Unfortunately i am unable to send the same output to the COM port. I need to send this Matlab result to a Micro controller.

Kindly help me out at the earliest.
