problem seeing assemblys and parts

Hi!

I'm using an academic licens of v18 and having problem with seeing the assemblys and parts. When I'm trying to open a file in solid edge the file opens and the toolbars can be seen but I won't see anything of the drawings. I only see my desktop or another program in the drawing window. Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

Do you see anything when opening a new assembly / part?

are the files you're trying to open made with an academic license? Because I don't think you're able to open regular SE files with an academic license.

Other shots are: most recent updates, update the driver of your graphics card.
