problem in obtaing of the torsional stiffness of an automotive chassis

Hello
I've made a model of an automotive chassis with beam element .I fixed two points of rear axle and apply force on front axle for obtainig torsional stiffness of chassis, but it wasn't solved. the error is : some of the elements have zero legnth.
what shoud I do?
plz help
