Pro Mechanica Tutorial

Hi all, I'm a seldom user of Pro/E at my university and for my research I have to do some simple FEM analisys of a simple solid model, I've searched alot a tutorial for Pro Mech but I haven't find anything, whould you gurus suggest me a good book or online tutorial (something like ProMech for dummies)?

KinetiVision makes excellent video tutorials of Pro/E. You have to be a subscriber to watch these, but they have a variety of membership options.
