I have installed Pro/I 3.x and I am getting 2 folders Intralink_34_M062 andproitkenv. I want to see the customization user guide but I am not able to see that.Where is this iltkapps folder located? Does it require any other inastllations?

Please guide

Miky

You need a second CD. The Pro/INTRALINK Toolkit is on a separate CD.

Thanks!

I Got it.

I run the install_test.exe after compiling the sample install test.

But it shows following error

=====================================================
Welcome to Pro/INTRALINK Toolkit
=====================================================
Could not connect to Pro/INTRALINK
The error returned is 2450

This is license error. How to rectify this?

Thanks

Miky

You must have ILINK_TK_ACCESS_Licnese licenses on your license server.

I chekcked with ptcstatus and it gives me following related thinkgsPro/Intralink_8_0* 0 4<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /></PRE>

ILINK_TK_ACCESS_License 0 100

which shows that licenses are available. On the same window ( cmd) I am ruuning install_test.exe but still I am not able to resolve this problem of error 2450.

Is Intralink 8.0ILINK_TK_ACCESS_License license is different than ILINK_TK_ACCESS_License3.4?

Regards

Miky

You have 100 of the proper licenses. Are you using the correct username/password?

You mustn't run install_test.exe!

You need to start it from a batch file like those in <proitkenvInstallDir>\bin.
