Pro/Engineer IGES Assembly to Pro/Concept

I'm trying to export a Pro/Engineer assembly (.asm)comprising of 2+ (sometimes 1000's) of part s (.prt) into Pro/Concept.
 
Try save as in assembly mode and use surfaces not solids.

I havent tried with really large assemblys but I think that would depend on your machine more than anything.

*Pro concept seems to take advantage of dual processors or at least it looks that way in task manager.
