Does anybody know how to communicate between Pro/e and Microstation software,like PDMS?

Is it possible to convert DGN files to Pro/E readable files
and vice versa?

Convert either to a dxf. or iges.
Both cad systems can read these files.
The problem you may have is the text height will have to be corrected.
