I've never heard of liquid prevulcanized/crosslinked (I assume that means the same thing) rubber, so that's a new one on me. What's the application for this material?

It's used for making hollow shapes (ballons, tubes...) via dipping process. One of the brands that Im aware of is LA Revultex.

He is referring to a latex where the dispersed rubber particles are prevulcanized but still in a water dispersion. I don't have any supplier recommendations but I would think that most latex suppliers have different grades, including what you are looking for.
