Pressure relief device requiements for two pressure vessel in the same

Section VIII Div 1 question:

Is it permissable to have a single pressure relief device for two pressure vessels in the same system ? Pressure relief device and piping are sized with the corect capacity to provide required over pressure protection.
 
I suspect that there is a block valve between vessel "A" and the PSV and another block valve between vessel "B" and the PSV.
If this is so then you cannot (or should not) do it.
 
There are quite a few stipulations regarding this situation. Refer to Appendix M of Sect. VIII, Div. 1.
