Hi,

This will be a simple question since i am a beginner with Pro/mechanica.

I am trying to do the analysis on an object that is suspended in a medium (like a balloon in air). So I would like to know if it is possible to start the analysis without contraining the object directionally since as I said it would be just "floating" in the respective medium.

Is this possible?

Thanks

Matei

If you are using Wildfire 3.0 or later you should be able
to select the "Inertia Relief" option in the Static
analysis window. The option won't work for a body force
like gravity, but for pressure you should be ok.

Thank you, I will try it and see how it works!
