preload force calculation

Can anyone please suggest detailed method to calculate stud preload force for the following stud..
Dia.- 5/8" -11 UNC - 2A
Length - 3.1/4"
Material - ASME A 193 Gr.B7

and nut is
5/8"-11 UNC-2B Gr.2H
ASME A194 Gr.2H
this stud is used in valves.
