For a precast/sitecast wall supporting a large dead load, what deflection would you limit to? I think H/180, but cannot find this for sure. Thanks
 
Thanks, thats what I was thinking, but wanted to see what others thought.
 
The maximum out of plane deflection, as per ACI318-08, shall not exceed L/150. And, ASCE recommends using the following load combinations for the purpose.
D+0.5L+0.7W
D+0.5L+0.7E
You can find these load combinations in Appendix C of ASCE 7-05.

Be sure to note that for slender wall design using ACI318-08, Section 14.8, service load deflection is to be calculated per Equation 14-8, by iteration of delections.
