Can anyone recommend either a publication or website that gives broad overall information on power equipment such as switchgear, power transformer, etc. I routinely need weights, or dimensions. I used to have a Siemens Power Engineering Guide (4th edition?) but have recently misplaced it. It seems like vendors are no longer publishing simple figures such as approx dimensions and weights for some reason.

It's going to depend somewhat on what type of systems you are working with.

"Theory is when you know all and nothing works. Practice is when all works and nobody knows why. In this case we have put together theory and practice: nothing works... and nobody knows why! (Albert Einstein)
