Power distribution

Hello,

Please i have a question and i need help please!
i'm new and i know nothing in electricity

I work on the reliability of power system, i want to know about the energy distribution.
1. When the energy is conserved?
2. When the nergy is divided or distributed?
this is an example

I work specially on UPS, if someone can help me to know if the energy will be divided, first part to be stocked in the battery and the rest will be routed
