Here is my issued
What is the rigth potential for the pipelines (offshore/subsea) that comes from PLEM, the rigth measurement of the potential. There is a standard that support that.
Please help.

We typically use the following criteria (against the Ag/AgCl/seawater reference electrode):

1. Under-protected: potentials more positive than -800mV
2. Low protection: potentials between -800mV and -900mV
3. Adequate protection: potentials between -900mV and -950mV
4. Good protection: potentials between -950mV and -1100mV
5. Over-protection: potentials more negative than -1100mV

You can refer to ISO 15589-2, DNVGL-RP-F103 or DNVGL-RP-B401.
