I want to test if the moisture analyzers are working properly. I want an easy handling, not heavy and a reliable portable moisture generator. Is there any suggestion?
Thanks in advance.

We use a N2 standard with a specific moisture content.

SOrry , i don't understand what you mean (Bribyk).
Do you use N2 standard only for this purpose (for moisture analyzer)? Or do you mean pure N2 (99,999%) that we use as carrier gas for chromatographs?
What i want is to be sure for the proper operation of the moisture analyzers.
Thanks a lot.

Sparky is saying you can purchase bottles of compressed gases (air, nitrogen, etc..) with a specified moisture content.

My answer was kind of smart-a$$ but you didn't give specific information. Maybe blowing on the sensors is enough to test them...

I don't have any experienc with it but Rense Instruments make a generator 10-90% RH Rense model S-503

We use our calibration standard gas on a TDL analyzer that measures moisture content in CL2.

Thank you guys.
For Sparky,
I want to order a bottle of standard gas for our analyzers (moisture in butane, instrument air and propane). Can you help me about the gas. Is the gas nitrogen with a specified moisture content?
and what about the litters of the bottle? bY the way our analyzers are Panametrics.
Thanks a lot.
