All nylons have very good resistance to fuels, with acids being the only common chemical to really attack them
Nylons 11 and 12 are a little less effected by water, but a little more vulnerable to phenol and similar compounds, to the extent that you can use a phenol based glue on them, but not on nylon 6
For a fuel line, I guess your concerns are aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons, with boiling points above about 60 deg C and below about 120 deg C Regards
