Point mass initial velocity in Ansys explicit STR

Hi,

I am using ANSYS explicit STR for a drop test.
I am using a point mass to simulate the mass of the parts I am not meshing, but I couldnt see an option to prescribe the point mass an initial velocity in the software.
Is there an option to do so?

Instead I am currently using a MPC bonded contact to a single element with the mass of the parts, but I am not sure I like this workaround.
