We have a pneumatic actuator that will be used to control a fan damper. We have a positioner (TZidc. A requirement of this system is that it must fail fixed on loss of signal (4-20mA) and also loss of air supply.

Has anyone ever used this positioner for this function before?
Also no external voltages are required to aid in fail fixed and also no SOV are permitted.

Thanks
