PMI: move annotation?

I'm having trouble repositioning or moving a PMI Label (created with Annotation Editor). Actually, I'm having trouble repositioning the following:
PMI Label
PMI Feature Control Frame
PMI Datum Feature Symbol.
If I double click any of these, I can only edit the text of the label itself, not its position. For the PMI Datum Feature Symbol, I can change the length of the leader line, but not the point of attachment.

No problems moving/repositioning PMI Dimensions.

What gives?

The answer is pretty simple:

U can move the annotation if u are in the drawing mode.
