Please see if my analysis of the electrical method used is correct

I have researched several configurations used to provide three-phase 240 and 120/240 single phase. Some are V; High leg;and Scott T. It appears that I have the Scott T. However I am not sure since the distribution company stated that they are providing the service with a Delta Y set up.I am enclosing part of the analysis, and photos of the Tranformers setup.

The odds are overwhelming that it is a four wire open delta configuration. Not all T connections are Scott connections. The primary application of the Scott T connection was to interconnect two phase systems with three phase systems. It hasn't been used for generations. There was also a Fortescue connection that interconnected two phase and three phase systems.
The T connection still still in use is neither Scott nor Fortescque.
It is mostly seen in three phase to three phase dry type lighting transformers at around 37 KVA.

Thanks waross. I am confused. The transformers are marked NC 50 one larger than the other and are configured with center taps. The power to the primary comes from two overhead lines.There is no third power line on the pole. The power to the premise is a 4wire labelled black,orange, blue and white. The white is a steel cable that provides physical strenght to the buldle and electrical grounding.
The readings are Black to ground 120;blue to groung 120 and orange to ground 120.
When the small transformer primary power is interrupted the voltage readings are black to ground 120; blue to ground 120 and orange to ground 106. The power between black to blue is 240 and 0volts between black to orange and orange to blue.
I have not measured any 208v from ground to neutral.
If there is a 208v how and where do I get a measurement?
