Please i need assistance. for a gate valve with body material Ni-Al-Brz body (ASTM B148 C95800) and seat material same as material of the body of the valve (ASTM B148 C95800). What hardfaced material would be used for the seat material?

The gate valve is for fire water service.

None, is no need to hard face it; we have this debate with lists of these products which go through expert contractors who seem to think all gate valves need hardfacing.
If you want a better performance use a Monel Wedge
