forum1103 may be a better place to look. Perhaps even red flag this one and post over there if below doesn't answer your question.

If you have it consult Section 5.10.1 of ASME Y14.5m-1994. The fact it has boundary on it makes me think it might be elongated slots something like figure 5-47.
