plate 3 or 2 side fixed - concentrated load - NO yield line method

if i have a plate 2 or 3 side fixed with concentrated load in the middle.

any table for bending moment. it's not in roarks. i'm having a hard time understanding yield line method. so i just want a table like roarks.

When designing steel chequer (checker??) plates I use AISC "Design capacity tables for structural steel". Part 11 provides guidance on plate design in the form of tables like you're after.
