I should have to make a non-linear study (plasticity) of one shaft with ANSYS. This shaft is put under torsion stresses. I have to study its damage and its limit. Which type of study you recommend to me?

Garlik,

This question sounds too much like, what do I do? You ahven't shown that you've tried anything or looked for any information on your own. Chances are no one is going to really answer a question like that.

Are you sure you must account for plasticity?
Do you have the material property data for the shaf
