hi,

in JIS spec, spcc has 6 hardness condition:1/8H,1/4H,1/2H,H,standard and annealed state.as we know, different hardness state corresponds different cold working or tempering condition, so to be different Y.S/U.T.S ratios, am i right? so what i really want to know is what's the effect of Y.S/U.T.S is on the stamping process. for example, springback, deformation distribution and blanking surface's planness(no stamping press's effect)and so on. could anyone provide me some information on this? as usual, any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

The question is so general that I think a textbook may be required.
