I have a situation where we are pouring sonotube footings for a storm shelter in a location where there is a high water table. The footings will be 2.5' diamter by 4' deep. The water table is going to be near the surface. I understand that ACI 301 has some requirements but unfortunately we do not have a copy in the office.

I would appreciate any insight that you may have to offer...

Consider pouring as tremie concrete and using a tremie-concrete anti-washout admixture.
