Walk-down for piping inspection before hydro-test, we have a problem as follows,

1. Pipe Slope
Pipe slope has been maintained in the direction specified by the slope arrow and / or work point elevation on the design drawing.

If pipe slope is not indicted, but flow direction indicted only on the drawing, do we maintain right angle of parallel level or, slope towards to down flow direction?
If we maintain right angle of parallel level, please advice valve of tolerance (ASME B31.1)

2. Pipe Plumbness
Client requested right angle of pipe plumbness without any deviation.

Pipe distortion which generates result from pipe fit-up tolerance, welding activity (shrinkage) will not keep right angle of pipe plumbness, does it? but the code (ASME B31.1) dose not provides criteria.

Can anyone give some tips?

Thanks.
