Pipe Flange Tolerances

Need some help on tolerances for the bolting flange on a LWN flange. I cannot find anything in B16.5 that corresponds directly with this. Just for back ground the nozzles had to overlayed with an alloy and during the overlay the flanges warped some due to the heat input. The sealing surface of the face of the flange is flat after the machining. I am just concerned about the bolting flange. Thanks in advance for any insight.

Err, if the issue is "the flanges warped some due to the heat input", then I really think you need to do some testing to make sure your flanges haven't changed material properties unduly. Some hardness testing and possibly some destructive testing sounds like a better idea to me.

How warped is warped? Any photos?

They don't look good to me. Not sure what part of section 7 of 16.5 doesn't work..7.3 (e) would seem to be Ok.

I would definitely get some hardness tests done

This is surely a stupid question, and just due to poor eyesight or the resolution of the pics, but when I zoomed in on the flange face of a couple pics I had a hard time making out the machining serrations (these flange faces are machined, aren't they?)
