pipe end welding coming between ultrasonic flowmeter

gents we have 24" flare header from KOD to stack. in this line we have ultrasonic type flow-meter installed.
now a pipe weld is coming in between the tapping for transducer. Is this acceptable or will it generate some error in reading due to welding internal protrusion. flush grind of weld is not possible.

dear Dhurjati Sen my concern is whether weld is acceptable between flowmeter tapping without impacting the flow
