Pile Post design and modeling - using STAAD Pro to Allpile

Hi, I am designing a pile that support a pile going from shore to underwater. I am new to Staad pro so I decided to instead of modeling the entire structure, I will just isolate a pair of piles that has a beam across that support the pipe. I want to confirm how to model this with the intent of using Allpile after analysis. I know Staad Pro SFA might be better, but the guys that will check my work use Allpile to design piles even though they also use Staad Pro.

How will I model it? Do I just put 2 vertical beams (for some reason STAAD pro doesnt have columns and just call all line elements beam), then a beam across the two. My question is, do I just stop the vertical element up to the soil and put say a pin support? Or do I model it to extend it all the way down to the bottom of the pile below the soil and just put a pin support on a node where the soil is?

After modeling and analyzing on Staad pro, I will get the shear and vertical force and will use that to model the single pile post on Allpile.
