Could you please tell me in which unit I should put the permitivity of piezomaterial in commands in ANSYS workbench ??

I am solving an ultrasonic cleaner , trying to know its amplitude of displacement but I get very large numbers I don't know why ?
Anyone can help me in this ?

SI unit is F/m and dimension M-1·L-3·I2·T4. Derive what to use according to the consistent unit set that you are using in your analysis.
