I would appreciate your help in finding some physical properties of soybean oil a follows:

Boiling point
Critical temperature
Critical pressure
Critical volume
Charact. Volume

Soybean oil is a mix of triglycerides (up to 99.2%) and other minor components such as phospholipids, sterols, tocopherols, free fatty acids, unsaponifiables, etc. I propose you contact ASA, the American Soybean Association thru the web, to get the information you need.
