Getting properties of Lube oil in Aspen EDR

I want to design a lube oil condenser in Aspen EDR. How can I define the properties of lube oil from property packages available(especially for vapor phase)?

Start with process model and properties grid in Hysys or Aspen+.
Aspen EDR is not intended for phase equilibrium modelling
