You need to unzip the folder in the "top level" SolidWorks folder. I can't be sure on your specific machine but that folder is usually found at c:\programs\Solidworks.
Where ever the SolidWorks install folder location is on your machine is where you want to put it.

Also, make sure you deactivate your current PhotoWorks in the Tools > Add-Ins list first. Then activate PhotoWorks 2 the same way. Otherwise, you won't find it.
