I'm sure that this would fall into the catagory of Clean Room. I just purchased a good book called "Practical Cleanroom Design" by Raymond Schneider. It gives a general review of cleanrooms, including those in the pharmaceutical industry. Depending on your needs, you may need a more specific reference as well.
None of the book retailers had it available, so I bought the book directlty from Ray. I don't want to post his contact info on the thread, but do a Google search on the book title and author and you will find him.
