PCC Tunnel Lining Design for a Hydropower Project

I am desinging a PCC tunnel lining of dia 6.2m, modified horseshoe (non circular tunnel) for external pressure (218kN/sqm) and Internal pressure (327 kN/Sqm). Can anybody suggest how to calculate crack width, crack spacing and number of cracks due to imposed load.
