PCB Mounting Hole Padstacks

Hi all,

Just wondering if anybody could refer me to a formal standard or similar for the padstack data of mounting holes?

Tom Hausherr has provided some useful, but unreferenced info on his blog -

Wow, that's the first time I've seen a padstack question around here. You'll be better off at the PCB specific forums, such as:

These are two of the Mentor specifc sites. There are others for the other CAD packages.
