Need advice on specialist suction devices for "at Source" collection of small quantities of particles generated in a laser etching process. The process will only generate a couple of grams of particles per hour.
I am particularly curious about off-the-shelf duct inlets ,nozzles and gas assist devices. I have so far had to make them myself and would like some pointers on manufaturers who might make them.
any help would be much appreciated!

You might want to search thru the Thomas Register or search the internet for "Dust Collectors". I make hair removal lasers and a lot of doctors buy a small vacuum device that picks up burnt hair that sounds like what you would want.

Good luck

Dont forget the area will only be as clean as the incoming air. So a filter for that will be required. Sound like you need a clossed chamber with filter inlet area. Try to use gravity to your advantage if possible.
