Partial Section in SE 12

How to make partial section in Solid Edge 12. Is it possible to make?

Only by manually creatnig one in draw in view.

V14 is the first time partial sections were added.

Depends on what you mean by partial section. If you are trying to make a view with a partial cutout you could create your cutting plane to show only the area of the part you want sectioned. Then create a view of the part corresponding to the section, shorten the view to hide the part shown by section, and align the two views. Manually draw a cutting line where the two views meet. Tedious, but it can be done and is still connected to the part.
