part follow a path

is there a way to have a part follow a predetermined path? (WF5)

for example, have a block be "draggable" in a circular path that I define in a sketch

I am able to connect a part to a sketch, however the part just pivots around the mate points and does not translate.

any help would be appreciated.
 
Figured it out.

just needed to use the slot constraint.
