Parking Deck Topping Mixture 2

Does anyone have any words of wisdom regarding a parking deck topping (2-4" thick) mixture design? The structure is a typical pre-cast parking deck with double tees.

Typically if I am going to have a composite deck I use a minimum of 3" so that I have 2"+ in the center due to the camber of the members.
