I have 4 fixed displacement piston pumps 100 Gpm.and is driven by 4 200 HP motor.... have plumped all the pressure compensator to a relief valve which is set at 3000 psi.
All this are connected to a single pressure line.
I trying to bring all the pump with the same pressure on lineat the same time.
How do i do it

From an electrical perspective, add a dump valve and start the motors sequentially before closing the dump valve.
The start of your cycle will be the closing of the dump valve rather than the starting of the motors.

Seems like, if somebody really wanted you to do that, they would have given you ONE big pump.
