paint parameters command

Hi, i found this new command paint parameters and i am not able use this command. can anyone tell me how to use this command and for type of objects can we use this option.
I created two blocks with different parameters in a part file and i tried to use this command, but i am not able to select any of the blocks.

Do you have the NX help files installed?
If so, press [kbd]F1[/kbd] after starting the command.

Don't have NX help files installed? Why not?

The help file will tell you:

Only a limited set of features in the Ship Structure Detail Design application is supported at this time

NX 10 incrementally expands the number of features supported, but all of the supported features are in the ship structure module.
