Can i used p8 to p8 OR P10 TO P10 PQR TO MAKE P8 TO P10 WPS.
Please advice

i cannot used P8 TO P8 OR P10H TO P10H ( PQR) TO MAKE NEW WELD PROCEDURE FOR P8 TO P10
OR
can not used P8 TO P8 OR P10H TO P10H WELDING PROCEDURE TO WELD P8 TO P10H

Does your company not want to pay for someone with appropriate qualifications or experience to answer these questions ?
Or are they happy for you to continually ask for advice on an internet forum ?

You need to qualify a P8 to P10 procedure per Section IX.

Welding engineering is the most heavily poaching specialization in the engineering profession, by other engineers and by non-engineers. Here in Ontario, to qualify to submit a PQR for registration with the TSSA, all you require is a method of payment.
The unasked (and scary) question in this thread is how P10 will be welded to P10...
