P5, P9 and P91 trunnion

Can I use P91 or P5 trunnion instead of P9 trunnion? Please justify.

Justify, what? Look up the differences in mechanical properties and chemical composition to decide.
 
Obviously it depends on the need properties in the service conditions. Do as metengr stated.
