Is anyone aware of a P1 material of any form (pipe/tube or plate preferred), that has a minimum Carbon content of .35% and a minimum CE of .65?
Before I go through the list of P1 materials in ASME Section IX Table QW/QB-422 and check them against ASME Section II Part A, I thought I would try here.
I am guessing that anything that meets those criteria will not be listed as a P1.

I believe the max carbon content for P1 materials is 0.35%. While I don't have access to ASME IX, as I remember the carbon content max is defined in the description of P1 and the other P No chemistry limits in ASME IX.
